1. Purpose
SmartStackAI is a private automation system for the developer's own short-form technology content workflow. It assists with content planning, media generation, quality checks, YouTube publishing, and performance analysis.
2. Connected services
SmartStackAI may connect to third-party services, including Google and YouTube APIs, GitHub, and media or AI providers. Use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.
3. Authorized use
The system should only access accounts and data for which the operator has permission. OAuth access can be revoked by the Google account holder at any time.
4. No guarantee
SmartStackAI is provided as an automation tool without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, specific view counts, monetization results, or content performance. Automated outputs may require review.
5. Data use
Google and YouTube data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. SmartStackAI does not sell Google user data or use it for unrelated advertising profiles.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated as SmartStackAI's functionality changes. The current version will be published on this website.
